I trained for 8 years in tomiki aikido before changing to tai chi in 2005 and have been practicing this beautiful internal art most of the years since then. As part of my practice, I have come to love practicing Qigong as a stand alone exercise programme. Qigong is a set of health preservation exercises which are generally easy to practice. Tai chi and Qigong forms help me to optimise my physical and psychological wellbeing and I can wholly recommend giving these Mind & Body exercises a go. I love it so much I became an instructor in 2024 to further share my passion for them. I have now qualified to teach five different forms and I am planning to do more in the coming couple of years. I look forward to sharing these millenia old health and martial exercises with you.
